Legacy Housing Partners acts as a housing coordination and facilitation entity and is not a landlord, property owner, lender, or real estate broker unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to submit information on behalf of yourself or an organization.

Submission of a placement request, property listing, or donation inquiry does not guarantee housing placement, acceptance of a property, or completion of a donation. All placements and partnerships are subject to availability, eligibility, verification, and separate agreements.

Certain services, including resident placements, may be subject to fees (e.g., per-bed placement fees). All fees, payment terms, and obligations will be disclosed separately in written agreements or invoices. Use of the Site itself does not constitute acceptance of any fee-based service.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Legacy Housing Partners or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. Legacy Housing Partners does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.
